🗓 7 Days Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted.

✅ Eligible Return Cases

Returns are only accepted if:

• You received the wrong product
• The item is damaged or defective

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Refund

For COD orders:

• Refund will be issued via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
• Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after approval
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Refund is processed after Quality Check

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 7 days if:

• Wrong item delivered
• Product is damaged or faulty

âš  Delivery charges for exchange (both return & re-delivery) will be paid by the customer.

Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Replacement will be dispatched after inspection and approval.
